TO ARRANGE FOR HELP
To arrange for help simply call our office.
A staff person will talk with you to discuss your specific needs. If we think
we can help you, we will ask a number of questions and fill out a "First
Time Request" form with you over the phone. After that our volunteer
coordinators will work hard to find a volunteer who can meet your needs.
Depending on the type of help you need it may take anywhere from a few days
to several months to arrange for services. It all depends on what types of
volunteers we have available at any given time. While we cannot promise that
we will find a volunteer to meet your needs, we will do our very best to
help you.
When you call for the first time, if we don't think we can help you, or if we think you might be better served elsewhere, we will do our best to refer you to other agencies in the area that we think can help.
